# How much should I trust Poco?

> How to read source labels and when to verify outside the app.

### Trust is labelled, not assumed

Poco’s job is to make certainty visible. Treat every answer as “as strong as its label”, not as a court ruling.

### Labels you may see

- Official — points at primary public rules or portals; still re-check before you act
- Community — lived experience; useful, not authoritative
- Estimate — ranges and typical patterns; not a quote
- Handoff — stop guessing; ask a person, a room, or a professional

### What you should always verify yourself

Visa status, payments, school enrolment, contracts, and medical decisions need the primary institution or a qualified professional. Poco can orient you; it cannot replace the filing desk.

> If a block has no source and the stakes are high, do not treat it as done. Silence or handoff is a feature — not a bug.
