Life in a new country deserves less noise, more order.

- **Human dignity isn’t negotiable** — Users, candidates, competitors, teammates — the same respect. No toxic growth tricks.
- **Privacy is the product** — Location, messaging, and identity aren’t “later” items. Trust sits at the top of the backlog.
- **Against the attention economy** — Endless scroll and badge rain aren’t the goal. Clarity at the moment of need is.
- **Multilingual by default** — EN / TR / RU / AR aren’t a retrofit. Copy, UI, and support are thought together.
- **Small team, wide ownership** — Every role carries visible output. No “someone will handle it” — names and decisions.
- **Ship → measure → fix** — No perfectionism trap, no complacency either. The quality bar is written down.

- **Attention economy** — Endless scroll, red badge rain, dark patterns that harvest attention. We design for the moment of need — not addiction.
- **Toxic growth** — Vanity metrics and growth theater over real user pain. If it only moves a chart and not a person, it doesn’t ship.
- **Sourceless answers** — An assistant that invents when it should stay silent. Poco cites sources — or hands off. Confidence without evidence is a bug.
