01Scope
This agreement applies when you purchase tickets, Pro, or other paid digital services from Expat Pocket through the app or website (distance contract).
02Seller
Seller: Expat Pocket. Contact: hello@expatpocket.app. Specific product pages show price, tax, and delivery (usually immediate digital access).
03Delivery
Digital products are delivered by unlocking in-app features or issuing a ticket/entitlement right after successful payment.
04Right of withdrawal
For fully performed digital content where you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights, statutory withdrawal may not apply. Where withdrawal still applies, contact support within the period required by applicable law.
05Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product and payment provider rules. Event tickets may be non-refundable unless the organiser cancels. Subscription refunds follow the store (App Store / Google Play) or Stripe policy for that purchase channel.
06Complaints
Write to hello@expatpocket.app with your order reference. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
